Relationships are built not bought - Jumpworks - Leading Business Automation Experts

Any kind of relationship (parent-child, brother-sister, boyfriend-girlfriend or husband-wife) is not easy. There are going to be good times and bad times. Everyone has to work to make the relationship work.

While dating is the perfect time to find out what kind of relationship you want. What works for one relationship many not work for another relationship. So what works for your parents might not work for your own relationship. Please keep that in mind when you are thinking about how to build and what tools you want to keep in your relationship tool box.

Most people now a days have some kind of electronic that can download apps. Dating apps are an easy way to shift thought the fish in the sea without going on a physical date with someone. It is important to remember people are trying to sell themselves to you on a dating app. You want to pick the nice new shinny toy. However, that toy might not have all the things that you were hoping for. Brigham Young University (BYU) school newspaper wrote an article about dating apps (https://universe.byu.edu/2018/03/26/dating-apps-can-present-predatory-dangers-to-users1/) . It is worth the read. It also makes you thing twice about how you interact with those on a dating app. I personally thing dating apps are one of the ugly things about dating.

While in a relationship it is important to figure out your needs and wants (Chapter 7, Successful Marriages and Family). What are things that you need from someone. For example in my class this week someone said that they would need to be with someone who knows how to handle money. That was something that she could not live without. Wants are something that would be like icing on a cupcake if the person had. For example if they were tall, dark and handsome. That is  more of a want not something that is needed to make a relationship work.
